1. About Stormglass

Stormglass (“we”, “us”) is a planning intelligence platform operated at stormglass.app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Access and eligibility

Stormglass is intended for professional use by architects, planners, developers, and related built-environment professionals. Access is currently invitation-only via a waitlist. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at wojciech@stormglass.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform at scale
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Data sources

Planning data is sourced from the Planning London Datahub and other public datasets. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Do not rely on Stormglass as a sole source of truth for planning decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, and original content on Stormglass is our property or that of our licensors. Underlying planning data remains subject to the licences of its original sources (typically Open Government Licence).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stormglass is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stormglass after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
